We take care of all bookings, guest services, cleaning and more, meaning that you can earn money without having to lift a finger!
How are you protected?
You can be safe in the knowledge that our skilled management partners are making sure your holiday home is well looked after.
When you arrive to use the holiday home on any of your chosen dates, it will be just as it was when you handed over the keys.
Our housekeeping team thoroughly clean your holiday home, replenishing all items and carrying out safety checks, between every guest.
An inventory of all items is kept, and if anything is found to be missing or damaged, it will be replaced using the guest’s security deposit.
Your responsibilities
You’ll be able to holiday in your holiday home for six weeks out of the year. We ask that you let us know all of your chosen dates from the outset of our partnership.
When partnering with our management service, you retain full ownership of the holiday home. This means that you are responsible for paying the site fees, along with any other fees typically incurred.
